58win reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure member eligibility is met. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process involves submitting valid identification documents such as a MyKad, passport, or other documents accepted by us. Accounts that fail to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Each 58win member is permitted to hold one account only. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. Information required during registration includes your full name, active mobile number, valid email address, a strong password, and a bank account number for withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.
